Order Cancellations
Need to cancel your order? We’re here to help.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may cancel it by contacting our support team immediately at support@cellgee.com.

If the item hasn’t shipped and the expected date has passed, we’ll process a full refund upon cancellation.

If the item has already been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible — but you can request a return under our 14-Day Refund Guarantee.
Cancellation Fees

Before shipping: A 4.2% PayPal transaction fee will be deducted if the cancellation is due to a change of mind or incorrect order.

After shipping: Refunds apply only to the product price. Shipping and PayPal fees (4.2%) are non-refundable.
Note: Per PayPal's updated policies, transaction fees are non-refundable even for canceled orders.
7-Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee
If your product arrives damaged or non-functional, don’t worry — we’ve got your back.

Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization (RMA).

Once we verify the issue, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund — and we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
To process your DOA request, please:

Send a clear photo or video of the item and the original packaging.

Use good lighting, and limit attachment size to 2MB (for larger files, email directly to support@cellgee.com).
If our technical team determines the product is not DOA, the return shipping will be your responsibility.
14-Day Refund Guarantee (Unused & Unopened Items)
Changed your mind? No problem.
You may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and unopened.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable.
2-Year Repair Warranty
Most products are backed by a 1-year warranty, with select items offering up to 2 years of coverage.

We’ll repair your product free of charge (excluding misuse-related damage).

You cover return shipping to us; we’ll cover the shipping back to you.
Warranty is void if:

The item was opened, modified, or mishandled.

Damage resulted from unintended use or continued usage after a fault appeared.
For out-of-warranty or misuse-related issues, repairs can be arranged at the customer’s expense, including parts and shipping.
Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:

Wear and tear from regular use.

Damage due to misuse, modification, or unauthorized repairs.

Returns made without prior RMA authorization.
How to Request a Return, Refund, or Repair

Submissions with all required information will be prioritized for fast resolution.
Missing, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
Before signing for your delivery, please inspect the contents thoroughly.
If you receive:

The wrong item: We’ll either resend the correct item or issue a full refund. Return shipping may be covered based on evaluation.

A missing item: We’ll ship the missing item or accessory free of charge.

Processing Times

Exchanges: 3–6 business days after item is received.
