Estimated Delivery Time

Your order will typically arrive within 2 to 15 business days from the date it ships — not necessarily from the date of order placement.
Delivery time varies depending on:

  • Your location

  • Selected shipping method

  • Product type and weight

We provide tracking for every shipment, so you can monitor your order in real time from warehouse to your doorstep.

Order Processing Time

We aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible:

  • Processing Time: Most orders are verified, packed, and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • In the event of high order volume, slight delays may occur, but rest assured — our team is working diligently to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking information.

Note: If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately for faster delivery. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Standard & Express Delivery: Shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS, based on your region and package size.

  • Bulk Orders (Over 45 kg): May be shipped via sea freight or specialized logistics providers, depending on destination and cost efficiency.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide, but please note the following for international orders:

  • Customs Duties & Taxes: Import taxes, duties, and fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These charges may be collected upon delivery, depending on your country’s customs regulations.

  • Recipient Responsibility: The buyer or recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties and taxes. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you're unsure about the rules in your region.

CELLGEE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or incorrect delivery information.
